  Not one to normally review places, but that was pretty awful. Sunday evening, around 7:00. Seated immediately. Took a while to get a server, ordered an appetizer, Calamari, and were told they didn't have it. Asked what they had, "No appetizers tonight." Then, ordered dishes and waited, and waited, and waited... for over an hour and a half for three dishes! No checking up on us from our server. They kept seating more tables, but they obviously couldn't handle the four tables they already had.

  I gave this 2 stars mainly because of the wait and lack of anyone letting us know what was going on with our order. We arrived around 7:30 and were seated right away. There were about 5 others tables already seated before us.We placed our orders around 10 minutes after that. We received soup and bread about 20 minutes after our orders. Both were good. I waited another 20 minutes after that to receive my side salad, which was excellent. That tamed my hunger and patience in anticipation of a good meal to follow..But then we waited and waited and waited without any explanation. When I finally inquired about the 20 minute mark I was told"5 minutes"... I actually saw a customer that was seated after us during this whole process that ordered, are his meal and pay and leave before we even saw our meals another 35 minutes later.

  Food was amazing! Great experience! Great service! Just go! The Shawn Desman photo on the wall was very disconcerting, but that was the only negative of the evening. This place has good home made food served by nice people!

  Absolutely amazing food and menu selection. If you want a fast meal this is not the place for you. If you can wait for your amazing meal, do come here as you will not be let down. I was not expecting to find fine dining in Wawa, but here it is. The drink menu is also extensive with many different options of everything. The staff was really great and the place was full with a line up. I would recommend a reservation when you plan to go for dinner.

  Went for breakfast and ordered from the Caribbean menu. Love that there are unique menu choices you wouldn't typically see in Northern Ontario. Overall the food was really good and the atmosphere was nice.
